Features
●It has excellent penetration power, penetrating deep into deteriorated base material to reinforce it.
●Cationic resin increases the adhesion between the base coat and topcoat.
●It is effective in suppressing tobacco tar, oil stains, etc.
●Has anti-mold effect.
●Since it is water-based, it is easy to handle and clean up.
Applications
For indoor and outdoor use
Suitable Place:
●Use as a primer when painting on slate tiles, cement tiles, concrete floors, block walls, mortar walls, etc.
●Apply primer to old paint surface when repainting.
【Notes】
*Cannot be used in areas that are frequently exposed to water, areas that are always wet, asphalt surfaces, or on substrates that are severely deteriorated.
*If the surface has deteriorated severely and crumbles like sand when touched, it will not be effective enough, so please use Asahipen oil-based sealer.
*This product is a primer paint. Be sure to apply a top coat. Use a water-based paint for the top coat.
*Cannot be used with Monier tiles. Color: 1 color, transparent (clear)
