●It has good adhesion and is highly resistant to wear due to the silica sand blend.
●Dries quickly and has excellent weather resistance.
●There is no need to worry about the asphalt bleeding.
●It is water-based, so it is safe, has no thinner smell and is easy to handle.
Applications
For outdoors
Suitable Place:
●For drawing lines and marking divisions on asphalt and concrete surfaces such as parking lots, stores, warehouses, factories, and tennis courts.

*Not suitable for places that are constantly exposed to water or are constantly damp.

Summer: 20-30 minutes Winter: 1-1.5 hours
How to dilute
Apply as is without diluting.
Care of tools: After use, wash brushes and tools with water or lukewarm water before the paint dries.
Surface preparation, etc.
■If the concrete or mortar surface is severely deteriorated and the old paint film comes off in powder when you touch it, or if it crumbles, apply an undercoat of oil-based sealer or highly penetrating water-based sealer.
■Repair any cracks, holes, etc. with cement or caulking material in advance.
