Features
●Since it is a pouch container, you can use it by pushing the contents directly into the repair area by hand.
●A repair material for iron parts with strong adhesion and excellent durability.
●It has excellent weather resistance and protects your home from rainwater infiltration.
●After repair, water-based paint or oil-based paint can be applied.
Purpose
For repairing cracks and holes in outdoor iron parts, galvanized iron, stainless steel, etc., gaps at joints between iron parts and exterior walls (wood, slate, mortar, concrete, etc.), and gaps between iron fittings and exterior walls.
*Please do not use on the floor.
*Not suitable for areas that are constantly exposed to water, or areas that are constantly damp.
[Necessary equipment]
Rubber gloves, safety glasses, wire brushes, scrapers, spatulas, masking tape, utility knives, etc.
[Construction procedure]
●Remove dirt, dust, moss, mold, oil, rust, etc. from the repaired area using a wire brush, scraper, neutral detergent, paint thinner, etc., and dry thoroughly.
●Make sure to evenly distribute the contents by carefully handling the container with your hands.
●Turn the nozzle counterclockwise to remove it, and cut the tip of the nozzle to match the repair area. After removing the inner lid, attach the nozzle.
●Press the nozzle tip against the area to be repaired and move it around while pushing out the contents with your hands to fill the area. (If you apply masking tape on both sides of the repaired area in advance, you can prevent it from sticking out and get a clean finish.)
●Smooth the surface of the repaired area with a spatula. After curing, apply sandpaper (#180 to #280) to make the surface smoother.
*If you want to paint the repaired area, wait at least 2 days before painting.
Notes
●Do not use for purposes other than those indicated.
●Do not use if you are unwell or if you are allergic or sensitive to chemicals.
●For your safety, wear rubber gloves and safety goggles to avoid contact with your skin.
●Please work in clothes that you do not mind getting dirty.
●Depending on the base material used, adhesion may be difficult. Please try it on an inconspicuous area before use.
●Do not use when the temperature is below 5℃ from the start of work until curing is complete, or when rain is expected within 30 hours.
●Do not use when the base is damp or wet. It may not cure sufficiently and may absorb moisture and swell. Be sure to make sure the base is dry before using. Also, please do not allow water to come into contact with it for 30 hours after installation.
●Curing time and amount of application may vary slightly depending on weather and construction conditions.
●Depending on the depth and width of filling, the filled area may crack or discolor. In that case, please fill it again.
●If the hole at the tip of the nozzle is 3 mm or less, it may be difficult to get the contents out when pushing it out by hand. In that case, cut the tip of the nozzle again to make the hole bigger.
●After use, wash the nozzle and tools with water or soapy water before they harden.
●Please use up the contents of the container before throwing it away.
●Please handle with care as dropping this product may cause a hole in the main body.
