Usage
outdoor
Repair gaps and cracks (width 1 cm, depth 1 cm or less) in outdoor wooden parts such as door panels and wooden decks, and wooden products such as log furniture.
*Do not use on the floor.
* Not suitable for places where water is constantly splashed or submerged in water, or where it is always damp.
【how to use】
●Remove dirt, dust, oil, etc. from the area to be repaired, and dry it well.
●Turn the nozzle counterclockwise to remove it, and tear the aluminum seal film inside the cartridge body with a sharp object or the tip of the removed nozzle.
●Cut off the tip of the nozzle to match the area to be repaired.
●Set the caulking gun and attach the nozzle.
●Press the tip of the nozzle against the repaired area and move it while pushing out the contents with the caulking gun to fill it. (If you put masking tape on both ends of the repaired area in advance, you can prevent it from sticking out.)
● Smooth the surface of the repaired area with a spatula.
*When painting the repaired area, wait at least 2 days before painting.
Notes
●Do not use for purposes other than those indicated.
●For safety, wear rubber gloves and safety glasses.
●Work in clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
● Depending on the base material used, it may be difficult to adhere. Please test on an inconspicuous part before using.
●Do not use when the temperature drops below 5°C from the start of work until curing is complete, or when rain is expected within 24 hours.
●Do not use this product when the base is damp or wet. Make sure the base is dry before using. Insufficient drying may cause the product to absorb moisture and swell. Also, do not get water on it for 24 hours after installation.
●Curing time and amount of application may vary slightly depending on weather conditions and application conditions.
When repairing deep cracks, the surface will harden in about 30 minutes, but it may take about 24 hours for the whole to harden.
●Depending on the degree of cracking, the eyes may become thinner. In that case, please fill it again.
●If the hole at the tip of the nozzle is small, it may be difficult to get the contents out when pushing out with a caulking gun. In that case, cut off the tip of the nozzle again so that the hole becomes larger.
●Wash tools with water or soapy water after use before they harden.
