Easy repair just by pouring it into the crack
Features
A resin mortar that can be used as is without the need to mix with water.
- It can be used indoors and outdoors, and comes with an easy-to-use nozzle.
● After drying, water-based paint can be applied.
Usage
indoor/outdoor
For repairing cracks (5 mm width or less) on indoor and outdoor concrete horizontal floors.
* Not suitable for places where water is constantly splashed or submerged in water, or where it is always damp.
*Not suitable for walls.
【how to use】
● Remove dirt, dust, moss, mold, oil, and aged parts from the repaired area with a wire brush or detergent, and dry well.
● Shake the container well to distribute the contents as evenly as possible.
●Remove the protective cap and cut off the tip of the nozzle to fit the width of the crack. Soaking in lukewarm water for 10 minutes before use will soften the contents and make it easier to work with.
● Press the tip of the nozzle against the crack, move the contents while pushing out from the container, fill the crack, and push it in with a trowel or spatula. (Up to 6mm deep at one time)
● For deep cracks, fill the floor with fine sand to a depth of 6 mm and inject this product from above.
●After hardening, if the meat becomes thin, apply this product again on top of it.
Notes
●Do not use for purposes other than those indicated.
●Do not use if you are not feeling well or if you are sensitive to allergies or chemicals.
●For safety, wear rubber gloves and goggles to avoid skin contact.
●Work in clothes that you don't mind if they get dirty.
●Do not use when the temperature drops below 5°C from the start of work until curing is complete, or when rain is expected within 30 hours.
●Do not use this product when the base is damp or wet. Hardening may be insufficient and may swell with moisture. Make sure the base is dry before using. Also, please do not get water for 30 hours after installation.
●Curing time and amount of application may vary slightly depending on weather conditions and application conditions.
●Depending on the depth and width of filling, cracks may occur at the filling point and the meat may become thin. In that case, please fill it again.
●If the contents are difficult to come out, cut off the tip of the nozzle to make the hole larger.
● It takes about 30 hours for the cracks to fully harden, so be careful not to apply pressure to the repaired surface. When pressure is applied, the uncured product inside may pop out to the surface.
●Wash nozzles and tools after use with water or soapy water before they harden.
